Shop Policies

Each piece is custom and handcrafted in our New York studio.

Shipping times are based on each specific item, we ship the day after your piece is created. 

We are not responsible for issues with shipping. Once we ship your piece- it is not our responsibility. Ensure shipping details are correct at checkout and check with your local post office for shipping delays.  

SKNDLSS does not accept returns for custom orders or jewelry - and the rare case of broken or wrong item dispatch- returns must be initiated 3 days after delivery.

If you would like to make a return, please submit a request to info@skndlss.xyz prior to returning the items. 

Pending  approval for return, items MUST be unworn/unused with their original packaging. 

Once the return is received, you will be notified within 48hrs if the return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, the restocking fee will be deducted from the full refund.

You will receive the refund within 3-7 business days depending on your original payment method. 

We carefully inspect each order before it goes out- any issues please email us at info@skndlss.xyz with an expected response within 72 hours.
